Are you ready to join a team where your skills are respected and your work truly matters? Car Tune Up – Sarasota is looking for experienced Automotive Technicians who want to grow with a trusted, veteran-owned shop focused on quality repairs and long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with accuracy based on your training and experience.
• Handle both basic maintenance and more advanced, complex repairs.
• Work efficiently to complete repairs right the first time.
• Clearly explain repair needs to service advisors and customers.
• Recommend services that keep our customers safe and their vehicles running reliably.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards to ensure a safe, organized shop.
• Help train and mentor junior techs as the shop continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications; Master Technician preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic skills with modern scan tools and equipment.
• Valid Florida driver’s license (or transfer within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with our service team and customers.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced shop environment with exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, oils, and other automotive fluids.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Clear vision (with or without correction) to safely complete repairs and inspections.
• Safety gear like eye protection may be required while working.
